• Process applications and paperwork; document outstanding requirements; apply premium and issue contracts.
• Independently review and decide within policy; escalate items outside scope of authority.
• build positive relationships with agents and customers; educate on application status and requirements.
• Manage cases with urgency and accuracy; resolve problems or complaints; ensure compliance with policies.
