Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
• Open to coaching and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, accurate, and timely service to agents, distribution partners, and customers.
• Handle high volumes of work and calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Process applications and paperwork; document outstanding requirements and apply premiums.
• Make initial reviews and decisions within policy limits; escalate when needed.
• Proactively communicate to educate agents, advisors, or customers on status and requirements.
• Manage cases with urgency and accuracy while ensuring compliance.
• Identify process improvements with guidance from management.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate in daily team huddles and support multiple customer bases.
