Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Commissioning / Turnover Coordinator to support commissioning readiness, startup, turnover, testing, issue tracking and closeout activities for selected projects. You will develop readiness trackers, coordinate documentation, and facilitate readiness reviews with project teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong coordination and documentation skills.

• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or closeout on complex facilities projects.
• Ability to manage readiness trackers, issue logs, and document turnover packages.
• Strong coordination across construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop or administer commissioning readiness trackers and support systemization and turnover planning.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation, facilitate readiness reviews, and track prerequisites to system startup.
• Support witnessed testing and acceptance activities and maintain issue and punchlist logs.
• Report commissioning progress to the applicable Project Director of Construction.
• Review commissioning completion documentation, test records, turnover packages, operational readiness materials, and performance test results for completeness against clients requirements and the applicable contract.
• Coordinate with Document Control Services to ensure commissioning records are indexed, turned over, and available to operations and maintenance teams.
• Report deficiencies, unresolved punchlist items, readiness gaps, and acceptance risks and support corrective action tracking as directed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, turnover, or closeout on complex facilities projects.
• Ability to manage readiness trackers, issue logs, and document turnover packages.
• Strong coordination skills across construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

Salary Range:

$74,800.00 - $130,900.00
