Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in MEP design / construction administration, commissioning, building operations, test and balance technician, DDC controls technician, or related industry experience.
• LEED accreditation preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to execute building commissioning and retro-commissioning tasks; travel more than 50%.
• Commissioning certification preferred (ACG CxT or CxA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Perform building commissioning tasks across diverse project sizes with mentor guidance for complex projects.
• Work independently on smaller projects and participate in design review to functional testing.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful commissioning outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, life safety, lighting controls, and low voltage systems.
