Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Commissioning Specialist to lead building commissioning on diverse projects. You will work independently on smaller projects and with mentors on larger ones, moving from design review to functional testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in MEP design / construction administration, commissioning, building operations, test and balance technician, DDC controls technician, or other related industry experience.
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Computer hardware/software/network expertise, as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Perform building commissioning tasks on various project sizes.
• Work independently on small projects with mentorship on larger projects.
• Support design review, functional testing, and commissioning processes.
• Travel as required (more than 50%).
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Commissioning Agents.
