Job summary

FST Technical Services, Inc. seeks a Commissioning Manager for Data Center Operations in the United States. You will lead commissioning delivery from pre-construction through final validation, oversee testing and issue resolution, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and top quality standards.

You will mentor engineers, manage staffing, and develop client relationships to drive repeat business. Strong preference for full L1–L5 commissioning lifecycle experience in hyperscale data centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission-critical construction.
• Ideally 3+ years delivering data center projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, margin management).

What You’ll Own

Project Leadership & Execution

What You Bring

Core Experience

• 10+ years in commissioning, engineering, or mission‑critical construction
• Ideally 3 or more years of proven experience delivering data center projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams

Preferred Experience

• Full L1–L5 commissioning lifecycle experience
• Hyperscale data center exposure strongly preferred

Technical Capability

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and system interconnectivity
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Leadership & Business Skills

Base Salary: $145,000 to $175,000 depending on experience
