Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting a Commissioning Manager – Adult Care to lead a team of commissioners and deliver strategic commissioning initiatives aligned with our Adult Care Strategy. You will champion co-production with partners, drive market innovation and sustainability, and work within a hybrid model (1 day remote) to realise ambitious improvement goals for Lincolnshire residents.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic commissioning and collaboration with partners.
• Experience leading a team of commissioners to deliver shared outcomes.
• Ability to translate strategy into end-to-end commissioning actions.

• Lead a portfolio of commissioning interests (Early Intervention & Prevention; Living Well or Ageing Well) aligned with Adult Care Strategy.
• Act as senior manager and ambassador for new ways of working.
• Collaborate with partners to drive market innovation and sustainability.
