• Stable career history with longevity in past roles.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused approach rather than design/office work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate commissioning activities in the field with construction teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure systems are properly installed, tested, and ready for operation.
• Lead and coordinate commissioning execution, identify issues, and keep project execution moving toward successful completion.
• Manage commissioning activities on large‑scale construction projects.
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and multiple trades on ground‑up construction projects.
• Operate in highly technical or mission‑critical environments and maintain quality and schedule across complex activities.
