Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join our field teams in Ohio. The role centers on final testing, startup, and commissioning of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, with travel to customer sites as needed.

You will help ensure safety, quality, and documentation while collaborating with project teams on complex electrical systems and test environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of electrical experience.
• Ability to review electrical deliverables and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordinating and reviewing electrical deliverables.
• Prepare and review simple electrical sketches and data sheets.
• Perform simple routine electrical calculations.
• Review supplier documentation for specification compliance.
• Access guides and standards on the engineering portal.
• Support commissioning, inspection, and testing of electrical components.
