Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Clarksville, TN. The role supports the Tennessee Highway Patrol Protective Services Division with a starting pay of $26.00 per hour.

Must have 5+ years in security with armed status, or 3+ years in military or law enforcement, plus age 21+, valid driver’s license, and a clean background; include a phone interview for further requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in law enforcement, military, or private armed security preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication skills; able to write clear incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services safeguarding personnel and property.
• Conduct patrols by foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect assets and information.
• Enforce site rules and directives to maintain order and safety.
• Maintain proficiency with all protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet and assist guests; escort visitors and contractors as needed.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as a first responder; provide first aid if necessary.
