Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in security, law enforcement, or military, plus a high school diploma or associate degree. The position emphasizes communication, vigilance, and the ability to act as first responders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, or private armed security experience.
• Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information.
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure protection of people, assets, and information.
• Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations, and directives for the site.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices and weapons.
• Greet guests and employees, escort visitors and contractors, secure ingress and egress points, secure classified information.
• Follow site-specific manuals and post orders, report safety concerns and incidents via written/verbal communication; coordinate with client or other security personnel as needed.
• Respond to alarms; act as first responder and provide first aid as necessary.
