Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Antioch, TN. The officer will protect facilities, deter crime, and enforce client rules. Must have 5+ years in security or 3+ in military/law enforcement; 21+; valid license; no visible tattoos; and pass a background check.

Full-time positions offer paid orientation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). The role supports the Tennessee Highway Patrol Protective Services Division within Facility Protection Unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5+ years verifiable security experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, or private armed security experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and no visible tattoos.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services safeguarding personnel, property, and information.
• Conduct patrols on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to protect people and assets.
• Maintain order and enforce site rules and directives for site viability.
• Maintain proficiency with protective equipment and weapons.
• Greet guests and escort visitors; secure ingress/egress and protect information.
• Respond to alarms as a first responder and provide basic first aid as necessary.
• Follow post orders and report safety concerns and breaches.
