The Tile Shop in Texas is hiring a sales associate to greet customers, educate on tile options, and build lasting relationships. You will understand installation basics to help customers choose the right products and services.

You will work evenings and weekends, thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment, and aim to exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Explain installation and use of products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself professionally at all times.
• Work evenings and weekends.
