We're seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to generate qualified leads for our business consulting services. This remote, commission-based position focuses on identifying potential clients, making initial contact, and setting up meetings for our founder to close deals with entrepreneurs and businesses in need of our services.
-Research and identify potential clients within our target markets (established entrepreneurs with service-based businesses and professional service firms)
-Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
-Qualify leads based on business needs and budget requirements
-Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects
-Track all communications and prospect information in our CRM system
-Meet weekly lead generation targets
-Provide weekly activity reports on outreach efforts and results
-2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
-Strong phone communication skills with ability to engage business owners and executives
-Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills
-Persistent follow-up approach and resilience in handling objections
-Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
-Ability to understand and communicate our unique business value proposition
-Proficient with CRM systems and basic productivity tools
-High school Diploma or equivalent
