About Us:

Dispatch Fulfillment LLC is a Pittsburgh-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider helping Amazon FBA wholesale and private label sellers scale their businesses. We offer full-service prep, storage, and fulfillment from our 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse, supported by a modern customer dashboard and a responsive operations team.

As a small but growing business, we’re looking for a flexible and self-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base.

Role Overview:

This is a part-time, fully remote role ideal for someone who understands the eCommerce or Amazon seller space and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You’ll identify new prospects, build relationships, and close service contracts with sellers who need reliable prep and fulfillment support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and reach out to Amazon wholesale and private label sellers

• Conduct discovery calls and explain our services clearly and effectively

• Qualify leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline

• Collaborate with our small team to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding

• Provide feedback to help shape our services and marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, eCommerce, or Amazon FBA

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Comfort working in a flexible, fast-moving environment

• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or similar CRMs

• Bonus: Experience as an Amazon seller or working with sellers
