We primarily help privately held companies with revenue between $1 million and $75 million to transition at higher values and multiples, while preparing owners for their life after business. Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, selling ForwardFocus transition services, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, scheduling and attending meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales progress, meeting sales targets, and providing customer support as needed.

Qualifications

• M&A experience preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver presentations
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Keen understanding of business transitions, mergers, acquisitions, and successions is beneficial
• Prior experience in a 100% commission-based sales role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
