Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Colorado Springs to greet customers, build relationships, and educate clients about tile products and installation. You will contribute to meeting sales goals and supporting store operations with a professional presence.

This role emphasizes understanding product usage, assisting customers, and maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced, draw-plus-commission environment.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
