Job summary

The Tile Shop in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, build relationships and drive tile sales with a draw plus commission structure. You will educate customers on installation and product use, track orders, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
