The Tile Shop in Deerfield, IL is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to greet customers, educate them on tile products, and build lasting relationships while achieving individual sales goals. You will learn installation basics and track orders in a fast-paced environment.

This position emphasizes service, design sense, and professional presentation, with a focus on commission-based earnings and meeting store objectives.
