Job summary

The Tile Shop in Town of Colonie, NY is seeking a customer-focused sales associate. You will greet customers professionally, build lasting relationships, educate on tile products, and guide decisions from selection to installation.

In a fast-paced, commission-driven environment you’ll work toward and exceed individual sales goals, manage store orders, and present yourself professionally at all times. Training and growth are encouraged.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
