Qualifications

• Three or more years of consultative sales experience preferred.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• High integrity with a servant-hearted mindset.
• Confidence using CRM software, smartphones, e-signature platforms, and basic spreadsheets.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed on the sales lot.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional buying experience while exemplifying Timberline's Core Values.
• Build relationships and consult with customers to determine the right building for their needs.
• Respond quickly to inbound web, phone, and social media leads.
• Design custom buildings using our 3D Shed Builder.
• Educate customers on payment options, including Rent-to-Own.
• Guide customers through site preparation, delivery, and post-sale support.
• Merchandise the sales lot with clean displays, accurate pricing, signage, and fresh inventory presentation.
• Capture photos and create social media content highlighting inventory and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities within our CRM.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging teammates, accepting feedback, and demonstrating ownership.
