Fulton Bank in Parsippany, NJ seeks a full-time, on-site investment advisor to counsel clients on financial plans, including securities, insurance, pensions, and real estate. You will assess assets, liabilities, cash flow, tax status, and objectives to form investment strategies.

The role requires Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) licenses and state insurance licenses, with a focus on growing a client book and cross-selling banking products. Fully commissioned position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years securities industry experience required.
• Series 7 and 63/65 combo or 66 securities licenses and state insurance licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Serve an existing group of clients with investment and banking guidance.
• Build a referral network to promote brokerage and insurance products and cross-sell banking offerings.
• Develop and execute a personal business plan to maximize internal referrals and new business sources.
• Maintain client profiles and ensure investments align with risk tolerance and financial goals.
• Collaborate with branch staff and Bank partners to deliver qualified referrals and coordinated solutions.
