Fulton Bank in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor to advise clients on investment and insurance strategies, assess assets and liabilities, and craft plans that align with their goals.

Responsibilities include growing the client base via referrals, cross-selling banking products, and partnering with colleagues to expand advisory services. This is a commission-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years Securities industry experience.
• Series 7 and 63/65 combo or 66 securities licenses and State insurance licenses.
• Must be affiliated with a Broker Dealer.
• Compliant with applicable laws, policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial plans using tax and investment knowledge.
• Profile clients by need for suitability and risk tolerance.
• Build a referral network to cross-sell brokerage and insurance products.
• Grow internal and external client sources to meet sales objectives.
• Support Sales Assistant Manager in evaluating staff.
