Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit sales goals, and earn more as you grow within a welcoming team. This role offers opportunities for advancement and a flexible, customer-focused environment.

You’ll greet clients, educate on tanning guidance, and provide top-notch service while maintaining a clean salon and accurate cash handling. Requires a HS diploma, 18+, English fluency, and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening and closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
• Track your goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support your Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
