Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, hit sales goals, and earn more with base pay plus commission. You’ll join a welcoming team in a fast-growing tanning and wellness brand, with training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, greeting clients, educating on tanning rules, delivering superior service, and maintaining a clean salon. Flexible scheduling and benefits support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients professionally.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
• Handle cash and card data securely (PCI training included).
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
