Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is hiring a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best while meeting sales goals. You’ll work in a team-driven, welcoming salon environment with base pay plus commission and growth opportunities.

The role offers on-site shifts, a flexible schedule, and ongoing training. You’ll gain experience in customer service, product education, and health/safety standards within the tanning and wellness industry.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
