Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and grow with the team in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

You’ll learn the Golden Rules of Tanning, complete daily paperwork, handle cash securely, and participate in promotions. The role offers a base pay with commission, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meeting health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI training).
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.
