Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking a Wellness Consultant to help clients look and feel their best, meet sales goals, and earn more with commission. The role offers a welcoming, team-focused environment and opportunities for advancement.

You will contribute to a high-energy team, participate in training, and support daily operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining salon standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• A consistent work schedule and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Greet and consult with clients in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Deliver customer service that keeps clients coming back.
• Keep the salon clean, organized, and meet health department standards.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and customer card data securely (PCI training included).
• Track goals and complete daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager and team on promotions and store goals.
• Follow all company and legal requirements.

Conhecimentos

Strong verbal and written comms
