Job summary

Olen Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for our One North Scottsdale community. The role requires 2–3 years of residential leasing experience and a strong focus on customer service and sales in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The Leasing Consultant will tour model units, process applications, and assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident events to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with Office 365 (Excel/Word/Outlook/SharePoint).
• Experience with property management software a plus; willingness to learn new software.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.
• Team player with enthusiasm and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, and amenities.
• Process rental applications and coordinate with the Property Manager.
• Close move-ins and handle follow-up on renewals.
• Assist with resident functions and outreach marketing.
• Support high occupancy through proactive customer service and timely follow-ups.
