Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant for the San Portales community in Scottsdale, AZ. You will greet residents and prospects, give informative tours, and guide applicants through the lease process to closure.

Excellent communication and a proven customer-service background are essential. You will maintain files, collect payments, monitor apartment availability and pricing, and help deliver a premier resident experience in a fast-growing property portfolio.

Qualifications

• One year of sales or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high level customer care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 'face' of Mark-Taylor at the community and greet residents and prospects with excellent service.
• Conduct detailed tours for prospective residents and explain the application process.
• Guide applicants through the full lease process and follow up on status.
• Create positive experiences via email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and manage availability/pricing.
• Contribute to a world-class community experience reflecting Mark-Taylor's standards.
