Responsibilities include Excel data entry, coordinating with fund companies, generating reports, and providing web training on commission cycles. Strong Excel, data entry, and communication skills are required, along with FINRA SIE and Series 99

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent data entry skills.

• Ability to pass the FINRA SIE and Series 99 tests.
• Proactive, initiative-taking, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into Excel and an online commission platform, ensuring accuracy and cross-checking between workbooks and programs.
• Communicate with financial representatives and fund companies to obtain commission information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow and seamless onboarding of financial representatives.
• Provide commission web training to representatives to explain commission cycles and flow.
• Generate and export reports from the online commission platform, manipulating them in Excel for other departments, reps, and regulators.
• Perform everyday office duties, including scanning commission statements, processing mail, emailing correspondence between departments and financial representatives, and answering phone calls.
• Prepare and handle sensitive financial documents.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
