Job summary

Stryker Group seeks a dynamic medical device specialist to deliver clinical demonstrations and education throughout healthcare facilities in Ohio. You will present pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale information to physicians and administrators to drive adoption of Stryker devices.

Role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to influence decisions. This is a 100% commission position with bonus eligibility and benefits, based in Cleveland, OH and servicing

Qualifications

BS degree preferred or 6 years of proven medical device sales experience.
Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation and education skills across diverse settings.
Proven ability to influence customers and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical demonstrations and use instructions for products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale settings.
Deliver formal presentations to physicians and administration customers detailing clinical and financial benefits.
Evaluate new products and provide feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
Promote and increase product usage within customer facilities.
Collect and disseminate customer feedback and information.
Represent the company at trade shows and educational events and complete reports.
