The position offers base salary plus commission, comprehensive training, and a collaborative work environment. Candidates must hold a Minnesota Real Estate License (or be willing to obtain one), have proven closing and negotiating skills, strong communication, and the energy to prospect and build relationships with customers and the Realtor community.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Real Estate License required or willing to obtain upon employment.
• Proven closing and negotiating skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Great listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive prospecting and relationship-building with customers and Realtors.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, market and promote new business.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintain relationships with the Realtor community.
