Qualifications

• Minimum of three years full-time retail loan origination experience.
• Active or approved-inactive NMLS license in the state of practice.
• Experience with all mortgage products including FHA, VA, conventional, and jumbo loans.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business daily.
• Build relationships with potential borrowers to assist in achieving mortgage goals.
• Consult with customers to analyze their financial situations for loan recommendations.
• Manage loan application processes with operational support.
