Job summary

Blissful Baths in Allentown is seeking an in-home sales professional to deliver compelling, high-value bath remodeling presentations to pre-qualified homeowners. You will leverage our iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions, then design bath projects using our software.

This is a 100% commission-based role with no income cap, offering unlimited earning potential through qualified leads, ongoing training, and a supportive team focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in home improvement or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions.
• Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software.
• Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs.
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
