Bath Busters is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present tailored bath remodeling solutions using our iPad-based platform. This is a high-performance, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in in-home sales and a proven track record of closing deals. Familiarity with bath remodeling or related home-improvement fields is preferred, and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales experience.
• Proven history of high sales performance and closing success.
• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver professional presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Present pricing, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
• Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings.
