Blissful Baths is seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Representative. This is a 100% commission-based role with pre-qualified appointments and an annual earning potential of $150,000 - $200,000+. Prior in-home sales success is a must.

You’ll present bath remodeling options to homeowners, use our iPad-based sales system, close deals, and attend weekly training sessions. Flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends to maximize earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required.
• Track record of high sales performance and closing success.
• Experience in home improvement strongly preferred.
• Ability to generate substantial commission earnings.

Responsabilités

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to educate and present solutions.
• Build and design bath remodeling projects using industry software.
• Develop trust and rapport with homeowners and identify needs.
