Job summary

Luxury Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present bath remodeling solutions, and close deals. Pre-qualified leads and a flexible schedule support a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

You will use an iPad sales system and participate in ongoing coaching. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with strong people skills, self-motivated, and able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement sales is a plus).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable presenting and asking for the sale.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must live in or near the Spokane area.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
