Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments, listen to homeowners’ goals, and present premium bathroom remodeling solutions using an iPad-based presentation system.

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential of $150,000–$200,000+ per year. Flexible schedule and pre-qualified leads support your success.

Responsabilidades

• Use iPad presentation tools to show products and visualize options.
• Educate homeowners on premium bath solutions, benefits, warranties, and financing.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Guide customers through purchasing and close sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from consultation to project approval.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products.
