Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Representative who thrives in a commission-based environment and excels at closing deals while delivering outstanding customer service. You will engage customers, present products, and navigate the sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications include 2+ years in commission-based sales and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. This role involves outdoor conditions and high-energy teamwork with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful commission sales experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• A courteous and professional representation of the company.
• Good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to work in an outdoor, non-air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
• Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs.
• Sell and close a customer based on their wants and needs.
• Facilitate steps of the sale, including presenting our value proposition, photos, layout, and design consults.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and recommend them to customers.
• Navigate and use selling tools and software provided.
• Seek opportunities for self-development and training.
