Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a results-driven Producer to join our expanding team in the United States. The role focuses on sales, renewals, and commission-based earnings, with work primarily conducted outside the branch location.

You will develop new business and retain existing clients, presenting proposals and coordinating with internal resources to deliver tailored solutions. A strong emphasis on market awareness and adherence to agency guidelines is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue growth opportunities.
• Follow up to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Train client personnel as necessary.
• Ensure proper resources and introduce new products as appropriate.
• Provide weekly action reports with leads and opportunities.
