The Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Part Time Customer Service and Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador, delivering fast, friendly service and selling Hertz products and services to meet travel and replacement needs. This commission-based role offers wage of $16.00 per hour and opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include actively selling ancillary products, meeting personal sales goals, handling reservations, and providing a positive rental experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Fluency in English.
• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.

• Sell core products and upsell options (e.g., damage waivers, fuel options).
• Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team goals.
• Work in a fast-paced sales environment delivering helpful service and rental experience.
• Convert inquiries into reservations and rentals.
• Identify customer needs and maintain a positive service experience.
• Maximize revenue by following up after rate quotes and addressing objections.
• Assist customers with post-rental inquiries about rental and billing.
