Nourish NYC is looking for an Executive Chef - Commissary to join our culinary team at our Commissary in Long Island City, New York.
We are seeking a visionary leader who pushes boundaries, thinks creatively, and adapts to a dynamic culture and diverse client base. The ideal candidate will thrive on challenges, coach and mentor a team, and produce exceptional food using high-quality ingredients to energize and inspire our guests.
The Executive Chef Commissary will oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, cost management, staff training, and food safety compliance, with a focus on delivering excellent cuisine. Innovation and hands-on leadership are essential to keep our offerings current and engaging.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in food or culinary services.
At least 3 years of relevant functional experience in food service sectors such as restaurants, catering, institutional, or retail food services.
