Job Summary

As a Commissary Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage a team of associates, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing cost controls and expenditures
  2. Planning and creating menus
  3. Purchasing and inventory management
  4. Implementing new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to grow within a top foodservice company
