The 25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water on Christiansholm, is just a short walk from Nyhavn. The island has been transformed into a vibrant new city neighborhood, featuring pioneering architecture by the award-winning COBE architects. These new buildings offer a fresh interpretation of harbor architecture, using concrete, brick, and timber. Inside the hotel, the design by STYLT Trampoli evokes the feel of a Scandinavian holiday home on a small island. Your journey to this Scandinavian retreat begins at the harbor-themed reception. Job Description

The team at 25hours Hotel Paper Island is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations in our different outlets, including our Asian-inspired restaurant Tigerlily, our Nomad Day Bar, and during events in our function rooms. We are looking forward to welcoming you as Chef (f/m/d) to our team.
