Join to apply for the Dacotah Dining Line Cook II role at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel.

Responsibilities

1. Competently utilize all Dacotah Dining kitchen stations.
2. Work any station and shift as needed.
3. Take direction from Chef de Cuisine and Lead Line Cook.
4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior line cook experience at a full service restaurant preferred.

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes

• Strong culinary, knife and cooking station skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and sense of timing.
• Knowledge of frying, sautéing, broiling, basting, baking, poaching and roasting.
• Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques.
• Able to produce consistently high-quality food products.
• Able to cook steaks to temperature.
• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
