You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef is responsible for preparing a consistent, high-quality food product and ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Commis Chef role with excellent use of various baking methods, ingredients, equipment, and hygiene standards
  • Ability to multitask with good time management and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • Culinary school diploma or qualification from a culinary school
  • At least 1-2 years of experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
