Job Description
  1. Produces and serves dishes according to technical specifications or guidelines of responsibility.
  2. Adapts work pace based on needs, events, and customer flow.
  3. Receives goods and stores them correctly.
  4. Ensures effective quality control.
  5. Respects technical data sheets and preparation processes to avoid waste; respects materials.
  6. Maintains cleanliness of the workplace, organizes storage areas, covers food, and follows HACCP hygiene rules.
  7. Uses and maintains equipment safely as instructed.
  8. Adheres to safety standards imposed by the hotel.
