Job summary

The Seabird Ocean Resort and Spa in Oceanside, CA seeks a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will contribute to a high-volume outlet while maintaining Hyatt International standards.

Candidates should have 1 year of Commis Chef experience or 2 years as Apprentice, basic culinary skills and good hygiene; you will prepare high-quality dishes and deliver courteous, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
• Basic Culinary skills.
• Good hygiene knowledge.
