Job summary

Nutrabolt in Austin, TX is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager to own timelines and manage cross-functional projects from concept to launch, coordinating Brand, Product Development, Sourcing, Creative, Regulatory, QA, Finance and Commercial teams.

You will monitor plans to ensure milestones are met, keep teams organized, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships across Marketing, Operations, R&D and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercialization of CPGs.
• You are self-motivated with strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own commercialization timelines from concept to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand, Product Development, Sourcing, Creative, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and Commercial.
• Monitor project plans and ensure milestones are met; keep teams organized and on track.
• Lead status meetings and maintain dashboards and reports for progress tracking.
• Identify improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
